"C. H. CONGDON."

1. His wife, and daughters Loise and Bernice, had been living in AZ and Southern CA because of Louise' health problems.

2. Their "coming home" may have either been to NYC, or to their summer home in Marshall Falls, PA (near Stroudsburg).

3. Charlie is hosting the "Cousins Dinner", an event primarily for the grandchildren of the 1793 Joseph Campbell and wife, Ann Clinch. His use of "reunion" is generic, it does not refer to the more inclusive Campbell Reunions. Those were held in the summer, in or very near Nelson, PA.
